Or… if you want another old school hack, turn the paper into a funnel, pour the bacon grease into a tiny jar, add some water, screw on the lid, shake, and put it upside down in the fridge overnight.
The next day, pour the water off, and you’re left with perfect fat for more cooking. All the extra meat bits get cleared out with the water, and the fat is cool and ready to use.
Bring back the no waste lifestyle. We’re gonna need it!!!
