Why does life feel so complicated these days?
There always seem to be so many things to keep track of, tend to, and take care of — all the time. Especially with a full time job, a budding suburban homestead project, and the two young kids I’m raising together with my amazing husband.
Yes these are all things I care about and want to care for, but… geez! It just takes so much headspace to keep up with. So many details!
When do I get to take up some space in the world, lounge back in a clean couch chair by a beautiful window under a plant, and browse through a design magazine… just for fun?
