I think you’re 1000% right about the effectiveness of allowing the sensation of anger to rise, burning and cracking, to be relinquished and passed through.
It’s not that anger is bad. We have been largely socialized as women not to SHOW our anger, which prevents its passage through (and out of) our psyche.
Let that shit out. Find a way to process it. Yes.
I like the hard-typing method as well, usually done at my standing desk with an attitude and maybe some muttering to myself.
I’ve also found that working to improve my sleep quality goes a long way towards improving my ability to manage my emotions.
