As a kinesiologist, a data expert, a writer, an athlete, and a mystic, the marvelous patterns that exist are nothing short of beautiful. The world is a place of fractals and divinity.

As a polymath, my younger years were filled with a sense of confusion and curiosity. It’s only as I enter my 5th decade that I can feel the connections between all these fields in a meaningful way.
