Brilliant.
I started scheduling my own workouts at the pool 2x a week at a time that I knew worked for everyone. And I told my husband, I’m doing this. I realized I didn’t really have to ask.
Instead of bitching at him for taking time to workout, I just kindly did the same.
It feels so much better. And I feel more respected. It starts inside.
