I can even see how, the way you set this up (sudden disappearance for 6 months,) it could lead to a lot of the collapse you described. Because just because women CAN do these important jobs, mostly we currently aren’t.

Won’t the end game of these thought experiments show us what we already know — that we probably do better working together, instead of magically disappearing the other half?
