Exactly. It’s the weaponization of men’s feelings that’s sthe issue. Not the feelings themselves.

But because we live in a fubar situation, this is what happens. It’s messed up. I totally agree.

And because men aren’t allowed to show their feelings, they often also do not allow others to show their feelings either! I believe this is why men have so much disdain for “emotionalism” in the first place.

As a woman, I’m allowed to show all the feelings - except for anger. Anger and rage are not generally permitted for women. Systems of abuse always pathologist the anger of the oppressed.

Imho, we all need to grow up and recognize emotions for what they are - navigation aids! And we all ought to be able to express all of our emotions!

Suppressing them doesn’t do anyone any good ever.
