For sure. Good point. The price for speaking up can be VERY steep. But step by step, the more people who do it, the less expensive it will become. Or at least, I hope it will.
I actually work alongside lots of guys that are stepping up to do this work. Because allyship is a weird term. It's work that men can do for others - but ultimately it's to make the world a better place for them too!
These are just a few of those guys - I keep a list of them that continues to grow!
