Good sleep is one of life’s true pleasures. It may seem a luxury that only the privileged can choose to indulge in, what with the gig-economy/financial stressors of our current society. But it’s not true!
I recently chose to forego caffeine, alcohol, and a few other things, and start going to bed by 10:30. It was cheaper than the other proposed medical options I was facing — by far!
I can’t believe how much better I feel and function just a few weeks in!
