Hey Annie. I’m fully groking this piece right now. In fact, I did the Costco thing today, and pretty much got everything on your list, except for the sardines we love. Gonna get some of those tomorrow. And be grateful for the opportunity to stock up. I know there are many who don’t have the means.

Quick question — do you have any recommendations for long term citrus storage in the fridge? Have you tried the trick of keeping them in water in a big jar? Just trying to not let them go bad.
