Does that math still work if the whole population of the planet hasn’t gotten Covid yet? If only half the folks have been infected, that changes the denominator.

That asked, I fully agree with you. No argument here about something odd being up.

The numbers seem crazy when the lived reality doesn’t match. Idk if I’m just fucking privileged (again) by circumstance, but I really don’t get the sense that the numbers match reality.

Am I wrong?
