Holy crap. They're lucky you redacted the name of the office that did this to you. Don't they know ANYTHING about the power of a customer review?
Interviewing for jobs this week Shannon. Your fund is on my shortlist for things I want to contribute to!
Also - when all of your surgeries are completed and you're recovering all of your natural verve and schedule - I would like to ask you about how to help other folks I see with this condition. Now that you've done so much education, it's so clear to see! The circumference of diseased fat looks so clear!
I was at an event yesterday, and I wanted to go point one of the ladies there at your blog SO BADLY - but didn't know how. And because I don't suffer from the condition, I don't know how to educate others about it without coming across as one of those weird meddling health food hippie chicks. But I also have a degree in physiology and 20 years of bodywork training that make me pretty confident that when I see the specifics of what you've described, that I can correctly identify the condition. Especially when it's at stage 3 or 4.
If you'd at all be interested in collaborating on a resource site to educate both people who have it, and doctors that need help - I'd be all about helping you to set that up. I'd love to have little cards that I could discretely slip to folks if I see it might be helpful.
And NO PRESSURE! This is just a thought for the future. All the love to you, and good luck with those referrals!
