I guess I just wonder who defines what "impact" really is. For some folks, just being in beauty itself and sharing their love IS impact.

I'm not averse to the ideas of impact and achievement being important. But these are very masculine ways of achieving impact.

As a woman, my own definition of impact includes some very different things. I guess I'm trying to say is that creating impact is not limited to ACTIVE efforts. Sometimes just the way I choose to be, by itself, IS the way I affect the world around me.
