I love how you connect the dots here, something I find all too rarely in the medical profession in general. Especially the bit about working ergonomics.

As a massage therapist, I’m seeing so much of the same tension in people. And my clients are the ones who can afford to pay for relief!

Some of my suggestions are related to your highly practical “wiggle like a fish” move. Brilliant btw because they might actually remember to do something like that.

Laying back on a slight decline (~10 to 15 degrees) and doing deep breathing to decompress the spine.

Qigong exercises.

Self-acupressure.

And my favorite that I teach is a partner based foot massage that almost anyone can give and almost everyone will benefit from.
