I’ve had my own positive experiences with acupuncture. 20 years ago acupuncture healed my post surgical knee, where PT did pretty much nothing.
10 years ago I got my 5 element shiatsu certification. That point on your toe was probably liver 3. It’s name literally means great rushing. It’s one of the 4 gates.
It’s a remarkable tool. Indirect and mysterious but also powerful.
