Have you seen the TED series on YouTube called Sleeping with Science?

I’ve found all sorts of hippie-esque approaches to the snoring thing. My favorite are the silicone nose cones that hold my nasal passages open so I can breathe at night.

Maybe it’s just a thing for those of us born dragons… 🐲

My daughter snores. I’ve been taking her to a craniosacral therapist who is working to help loosen the top palate of her mouth.

Qigong, shiatsu, and enough exercise are so key as well. And mental exercises. Oh, and I love my Oura ring!

I’m glad the intermittent fasting is doing some good for you. Isn’t it interesting that we have to suss our our own solutions in a world convinced that all we need is the right pill?

Blood sugar management is super underrated. As is the elimination of rancid seed oils. Have you read Deep Nutrition by Dr Catherine Shanahan? It’ll blow your mind.

Such a tangled web we weave. It’s fascinating to see the whole fractal bundle start to unravel. And it can start with something as simple as better sleep!
