I want to tell you about a book you might like. Around a concept called the 3 principles, which has been a big help to me.
But I can't find the specific book I wanted to tell you about. Because I lost it. I think I hid it in my underwear drawer? (unlike you, my dear cancerian sister, I still haven't grown my place up, and my "drawers" are those little boxes on a shelf. I hide things from my kids in them.) But this one covers the same topic, and looks like it might be a funny read to boot.

I'm a grown up that can't get their shit together financially and am getting deeper and deeper and deeper into a slow hole of pause these days. The opposite of what I'd like to be doing in many ways.
We all have demons.
I hear your struggle with worth. That waitress probably had some serious trauma of her own, passing it on like that. I won't reiterate the praise from comments below. I'm sad you feel that way, as your work clearly shows your beauty and sublime divinity to the nth degree.
