I was playing candyland with my 7 year old the other day. She was right near the molasses swamp at the end of the board, when she drew the gummy star that sent her back to the beginning.

A choice, muttered under the breath, perfectly accented, "shit," escaped her little lips before she put her piece on the offensive star.

Something about little kids swearing WELL, and appropriately, with a sensitivity to who might be listening? Kind of adorable!
