Illuminating as usual, sister.
So I learned this meditation recently.
You breathe in and think to yourself, “I am the one who is inhaling.”
On the out breath, you think, “I am the one who is exhaling.”
Repeat calmly for 3 minutes.
It’s very helpful for shifting the relationship to narrative in the head, though it’s almost too simple to make any sense.
Let’s see this system right down to its knees.
