Insomnia is waaaay to challenging to even wrap your head around if you’ve never had it. I empathize.
But from long experience messing myself up with various forms of brain chemical manipulation and far too much coffee, you won’t want to make the mistake of interpreting sedation as sleep. That just makes the underlying issues of sleep deprivation even more dangerous.
