I’ve tried cutting the first half of my experience off my resume to see if it would give me any traction.

But what company wants to hire a 45 year old remote freelancer with 2 school aged kids at home if they can hire a 24 year old writer that will not be distracted by kids and they think they can work harder?

Maybe we should all just strip the dates off our resumes and create Memoji avatar faces to lay over our faces for Zoom interviews?

For goodness sake, they’re now making “camoji” skins to protect the anonymity of webcammers.
