Jesus. Me too! I’ve ruined so many clothes because I wasn’t taught (allowed) to do laundry.

I think my Mom was afraid I wouldn’t do it right.

Not only were we not taught to adult. We also weren’t taught how to love.

What’s missing?

Shannon it’s amazing to think how far we’ve both come.

And maybe. Just maybe, these words will reach the women who haven’t hit 40 yet.

Maybe through sharing our own learning curves we can actually be teachers of this idea ourselves.
