Just wait til perimenopause hits you. It’s very, very real as well. I’m working on a weird-al-style remake of “white and nerdy” to “old and sweaty.”
All humor aside, there are some pretty amazing things you can do to even out the experience. Not get rid of, or suppress. Just make it a little smoother. They aren’t drugs or supplements. In fact it’s mostly self massage, qigong, and energy work.
