Maybe that’s the way it works in the current situation? I don’t know if you’ve ever read Dune, but I was alluding to that whole conversation in the dining hall.

What we’re missing is the part where we help each other climb as opposed to climbing on top of each other. I think.

The current system is pretty wack. But I don’t think it’s the only way.
