Medium has become one of my favorite platforms in the 2 years I have been participating.
This place is alive, wholesome, and as Don Miguel would say — impeccable with its word(s). 😉
I truly love that there are zero ads. It makes this place into a real community, not just a simulated one.
It reminds me of the original podcasting environment — high quality content from people who create because it MEANS something to them to do so. I know that is why I write here.
I’ve made some great real life friends on here — as in, we meet up for dinner and text links to each other like modern pen pals.
I’ve learned to really appreciate writing because I’m no longer stuck in the vacuum of a rarely trafficked and isolated blog.
And I’m happy to be a subscribed member. You’ve won me over with the place. It’s perfect.
