My husband teaches most of these exercises in 30 minute zoom sessions. He's a durability and fitness coach. We're trying our best to make these sessions available to people on a super cost effective basis. The stay-at-home thing has brought a lot of cons, but also a lot of good things too.
This piece is VERY well written. You cover so many of the vital exercises. Nicely done!
It gives me hope to see people sharing their good knowledge with their tribe in this way. We all need more flow.
