Nailed it. This bicentennial baby is right here with you. My only problem was I smoked so much weed and drank so much coffee through my 20s and 30s that I’ve had to embrace self care early. But I’ll gladly veg out with my kids, and worry about my parents as much as makes sense while I drink my nettle tea and do yoga on the internet.
