Oh I'm glad your wrote back. I forgot to tell you in the last comment about Eve Rodsky's book called Fair Play. It's an incredibly helpful breakdown of the tasks needed to run a home with kids, and her take on how to split things is very interesting. She's a Harvard-trained business process enhancement lady, and she turned her pro-skills on her home life.

Also a good audiobook, for the record.
