Patsy I really like how you broke things down here. I agree with you that dominance is the closest thing we can come to in terms of the root problem. In fact I wrote about it here.
Getting rid of the idea that some people are better than others, and therefore more valuable or worthy is a fantastic idea. It is also not mutually exclusive to having a chain of command where one person is at the top of a pyramid OF RESPONSIBILITY not VALUE.

I believe that there is a purpose to the dual roles of the masculine and the feminine. Getting rid of these classifications doesn’t make senst to me because they each have their part to play. Like two poles to a battery. It’s just that both roles are equaly important in the big picture. I personally look to Tantra to understand how the two principles can interrelate in a healthy way. It’s a fascinating topic.
