So what do you say to the people who chose to fund the gain of function virologists in Wuhan? Or the pharmaceutical companies who are cashing in? Or the Israeli doctors who are dealing with delta Covid in fully vaccinated patients? These are neither conspiracy questions, nor are the motivated by anything other than a sincere desire to understand this morass.

Casting blame on "the other side" isn't going to get us anywhere. Maybe if the FDA / CDC had a better track record, people would be more trusting. Look how many people are NOT vaccinated yet. Some of them are mindless lemmings led by the media, yes. But I'd venture to guess that the majority are silently evaluating the best path to take forward.

It's overly simplistic, and kind of childish to call a whole group of people who have viable questions and concerns nasty names. When will we all grow the fuck up and start having actual conversations instead?
