So what we REALLY need to ditch is the system of the domination hierarchy. And because this 'virus of inequity' is so deeply entrenched into our cultural DNA, it looks like we have to pull EVERYTHING apart in order to potentially root it out.

If we ever managed to gather the collective will to do this, that would be remarkable. And even with the willingness, the extraction of this global and cultural lie will still be painful in the extreme.

Then, and ONLY then will we have a chance to address the anthropogenic ills we have visited upon our planet. Only then will we have a shot at healing the scars we have left upon the soil, the oceans, and all the other kingdoms of life.
