That’s how old I was when I got mine. I was a senior in high school!!

I nursed my son for 2 years, daughter for 18 months. Then I hit perimenopause a few months after I stopped nursing. I was 42.

We have become SO disconnected from our own vitality and flow in the modern culture. “Normal” has become a moot point.
