The Abrahamic religions all seek transcendence from earth. The whole eternal life to those who follow the rules thing. Maybe if we had more people who paid attention to earth, the body, the emotions, and our sensual nature as carbon based life forms - we wouldn’t be in the midst of Biospheric collapse? Maybe we would be tending our soil and our children, instead of staring at the 3 rich white dides that try to control all things. Christianity via the message of Jesus has the same, solid foundational basics as most world religions. But the focus on the afterlife makes for strange policy decisions in this lifetime.

Bring back the pagans. Bring back the shamans and the dream readers bring back the Goddess to our collective consciousness. The other stuff is all just hubris and pride!
