The problem is that we have trained them to not use any empathy. Empathy makes you weak!

The change you suggest here looks small — to anyone who HAS the skills of empathy & practices using them.

But to these guys who’ve been generationally conditioned NOT to care — Because caring is weakness — And weak men fail… ?

THIS is why more guys aren’t just jumping on board. It’s a problem of equating masculinity with gruff, disinterested macho bullshit. They are not the same!

We need empathy and collaboration classes in school. Stat.
