There are companies installing solar glass windows into existing buildings. There are plenty of cultures where people don’t have to use cars. They live in smaller communities and use bikes, or (gasp) walk around. And giving people land to work is not like loading up a checkerboard. One chip per block. It’s seeding small communities with relevant growing area nearby.
