Thinking about this - these folks likely did NOT find “partners without issues.”

My guess is that the issues are just buried so deeply, it takes them a while to surface. If ever. Takes bravery to wade into rejection with curiosity and a willingness to learn.

You’re way ahead of the game whenever you admit it’s gonna take a lot of work, then just start working on it.
