This is one of the best pieces about the general state of food and diet placed that I’ve read. The context of how we went from traditional, slow, ferments, preparations that understood the food better than the person cooking, and community eating is so critical to understanding the food issue.
We’ve had a garden for 10 years now, and growing your own stuff is HARD!
