This is such perfect timing. I’m starting a lifting program again here soon. I used to be a college athlete and a competitive martial artist, but now I’m getting older and have slipped away from training. My goal is to build muscle mass so I don’t age too quickly, I also want to keep the metabolic benefits of muscle.
But I didn’t know where to start.
This has inspired me. I’ll do some slo mo stuff to start, and add in some balance and proprioception drills, then see what happens.
