This post makes me feel so lucky to be working where I am.

I have a hybrid work schedule - 3 days in-office / 2 days at home.

We have a list of results that need to be delivered - with deadlines and clearly set expectations.

We are expected to respond to Slack within an hour of being pinged on a WFH day - but we don't have to be at our desk to do so.

I'm customer facing, and I STILL have a tremendous amount of both flexibility with where and when I work!

My boss trusts me and the rest of the team, and we're held accountable to assigned tasks and timelines.

Some companies get it. I'm relieved to finally be in a position that combines the freedom of freelancing with the security of a paycheck. Enjoying it while I still can!
