We all have these inheritors traumas, regardless of our skin color. These traumas inform our behaviors, and it’s not until we can free ourselves from this burden that we are going to fix the system.

None of this means that systemic racism is not real. It is. And black people as well as all the others you mentioned are at the receiving end.

It’s the white folks that need to get our shit together, heal our ancestral traumas, and live in love rather than fear if we want to even begin to change things.
