We had the choice to be things like goth or prep or jock when I was a kid. Now the kids growing up have gender expression choices.

It’s normal to try on different personas as a developing human. That’s part of how we learn who we want to be.

Love your kids. Support them. Protect them. Set healthy boundaries. Listen to what they have to say. Give them respect. Let them evolve. Teach them good habits for self care. Guide and teach them to the best of your abilities. And apologize when you mess up.
