I’m constantly amazed at how many layers there are to the onion of identity discovery, and also by how many stereotypes are out there that remain invisible until Mattel does something like this.

The create gender neutral dolls, you write this post, and we start the social dialogue about the fact that gender neutrality doesn’t have a specific look! It’s so true.

I’m working on a piece right now about root cause analysis. In looking at some of the tumult of the current cultural paradigms, the layers of obfuscation that get piled on, and on… it’s hard sometimes for any of us to put a finger on the real reasons that are at the heart of some of our most painful issues.
