When being an organ donor is mandatory, and the state gets to regulate the bodies of men, it might be easier to come to some middle ground of agreement with you here.

But I don’t buy the “life is sacred” argument when a cadaver has more say over how their organs are used than a pregnant woman. Just think of all the loves that could be saved if every trauma death handed out organs to the people waiting for them!
