My last cycle was 6 months ago. And before that, another 6. My sensation is that the blood is still there, and still moving. But instead of Qi going down and leaving my body, now it flows up and feeds my heart, my voice, my mind, and my connection.

I don’t know if I will bleed again. But birth, menarche, now menopause and finally death. Guess we’re headed to 3rd base, goddess style mama. Blessings on it all!
