Um. How can you be named to a DNI role, but not be allowed to talk about “white people?” Isn’t that kind of the point?

If there were no white privilege, or male privilege, then there wouldn’t be racism or sexism. Right?

On another note, have you ever read Dr. Riane Eisler’s book, The Chalice & The Blade? Based on what you write here, you might like the book. It’s academic but VERY eye opening.
